Description
The SIM Lite 3.8 by Exped is the classic, ultralight self-inflating mat for the three-season gram-counters of the gradient.
Designed for spring, summer, and autumn trekking, this mat delivers restful overnight comfort without the weight penalty. A 3.8cm thick PU foam core insulates against cold ground with an ASTM R-Value of 3.4, while horizontal air channels throughout the foam reduce overall weight for an even more packable sleep solution. A recycled 75D polyester face fabric is both pleasant against the skin and Oeko-Tex® 100 certified — no intentionally added PFAS — while practical flat valves ensure quick, fuss-free inflation and deflation. Compact enough to stash in the top of any pack, it rolls down into the included packsack without the battle.
