Delivery

Bunyips Great Outdoors delivers Australia Wide using Australia Post and Aramex Couriers only. Freight Charges are set at a capped price of $15.00 for orders under $150, and orders over $150 are free if certain conditions are met.

Any oversized/overweight items, regardless of their purchase price, will contain the follow text in the description:

"Please Note: This is an oversize item and does not qualify for free freight. Please email for freight quote."

We require this email prior to completion of the purchase to ensure the correct amount of postage is entered into the cart prior to checkout.

If you reside in any remote/rural area, please email us to ensure we can fulfill you order before purchase.

Items will be sent within 1 to 3 business days from the time of purchase and receipt of cleared funds. Delivery times will vary depending on the location of the delivery address.

Payment Options

Bunyips Great Outdoors Center offers only Paypal and Australian bank direct deposit as a payment method. Although we will strive to have your order processed in an efficient manner, orders will not be dispatched until fund transfers have cleared. We will endeavour to notify you as your orders progresses to its final delivery.

Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

We will accept return of change of mind merchandise at our discretion, notification is required within 7 days of receipt and once item is received back in store, we will issue a credit to your original payment method in Australian dollars.

All returned items must be in new and saleable condition, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

For all change of mind merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is supplied incorrectly as a result of a picking or packing error.

All items purchased from Bunyips are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
