Shipping & Returns

Payment Options

Bunyips Great Outdoors Center offers a number of payment methods including; Paypal, Credit Card (Comm Bank Gateway) and Australian direct deposit. Although we will strive to have your order processed in an efficient manner, orders will not be dispatched until fund transfers have cleared. We will endeavour to notify you as your orders progresses to its final delivery. 

Delivery

Bunyips Great Outdoors delivers Australia Wide using Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fast Way Couriers.

Freight Charges are set at a capped price of $11.50 for Orders under $150, and orders over $150 are free Australia Wide. These charges are subject to the size and weight of the item, with oversized items receiving additional shipping charges.

Items will be sent within 1 to 3 business days from the time of purchase and delivery times vary depending on the location of the delivery address.  

Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

We will accept return of change of mind merchandise at our discretion, ONLY IF IN NEW AND SALEABLE CONDITION, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Notification is required within 7 days of receipt .We will Issue a Credit to your account or Credit Card in Australian dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is supplied incorrectly as a result of a picking or packing error.

All items purchased from Bunyips are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
